摘　　要：目的:探讨布依族青少年体型发育特征及其规律。方法:应用Heath-Carter法,对1112例(男581例,女531例)布依族青少年体型进行评价。结果:布依族青少年男性体型为中胚层-外胚层均衡型(2.26-3.32-3.70),女性为中间型(3.10-2.92-3.54);男性体型以外胚层系(65.23%)和中胚层系(39.41%)体型为主,女性以外胚层系(41.99%)和内胚层系(22.79%)体型为主;随着年龄增长,男性体型由中胚层-外胚层均衡型,发展为偏中胚层的外胚层型,女性从中间型、偏中胚层的外胚层型、中间型、均衡的外胚层型返回中间型,最后向均衡的内胚层型发展。结论:布依族青少年男女性的体型发育存在差异;男性线性程度相对较高、肌肉发达、外形削瘦、脂肪含量少;女性皮下脂肪含量较多,肌肉欠发达。与其他群体比较,布依族青少年脂肪含量少,男性身材瘦高、肌肉发育尚可,女性身材适中、肌肉不发达。Objective： To explore the characteristics of body growth and its regularity in Buyi adolescents. Methods： The Heath-Carter method was used to evaluate the somatotype of 1,112 cases（581 males and 531 females） of Buyi adolescents. Results： The male Buyi adolescent somatotype was mesoderm-epithelial balanced（2.26-3.32-3.70）,female was intermediate（3.10-2.92-3.54）. The primary somatotype in males was ectomorphy（65.23%） and mesomorphy（39.41%）,and it was ectomorphy（41.99%）and endomorphy（22. 79%） in females. As the age increases male somatotypes developed from mesomorph-ectomorph to mesomorphic ectomorph,while the female patterns developed from central,mesomorphic ectomorph,balanced ectomorph to balanced endomorphy. Conclusion： There is a significant difference in the somatotype between male and female adolescents from Bouyei ethnic group. The somatotypes of males are more muscular with slender and less fat,however,females are plumper with more body fat,body fullness and less muscular. Adolescents from Bouyei ethnic group have less fat. Those in males have ectomorphic and moderate muscles,and in females have moderate stature and less muscular than the other ethnic groups.
