摘  要:针对轴系校中质量评价问题,以船舶主机安装偏差为变量,采用理论分析和数值计算相结合的方法,分析和讨论了船舶轴系校中校核过程中轴承负荷的有效性,所得结果在规范规定的误差范围内。但目前船厂采用的顶举法轴系校中校核所得轴承负荷值不能反映船舶主机安装偏差而带来的船舶轴系静力学变化,影响了对轴系校中质量的有效评价;由此本论文提出了多点顶举线性拟合校核方法,作为更精确科学的轴系校中质量评价方案。The affection of marine shafting alignment’ s quality is focused on in the article. Considered theerror of the marine main engine as variable, the validation on verifying of marine shafting alignment is analyzedand discussed by theoretical method and simulation. According to normative range of error from some stan-dards, the relation between characters of marine shafting statics and error of marine main engine installingcan’ t be revealed via the bearing load which is gotten by jack-up method. So the validation of marine shaftingalignment verifying is doubtful. Finallya multi-positions jack-up and curve fitting method is presented, andthat can be used as a recommendation method.
