绘画分析与治疗技术应用于青少年抑郁症患者治疗中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的对绘画分析与治疗技术应用于青少年抑郁症患者治疗中的效果进行分析和探讨。方法选取在2017年1月至12月收治的70例青少年抑郁症患者,按照时间先后分为观察组和对照组,对照组应用舍曲林药物治疗,观察组在舍曲林基础上应用绘画分析与治疗技术,比较两组患者疗效、干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率97.14%,高于对照组的88.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组的SDS评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)及临床疗效总评量表(CGI)评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绘画分析与治疗技术应用于青少年抑郁症患者治疗中的效果良好,有助于疾病的治疗。Objective To discuss and explore the curative effect of painting analysis and treatment technique in itsapplication to the treatment of depression among youngsters.Methods 70 young depression patients under treatmentfrom January 2017 to December 2017 were selected and divided into the observation and the control group in accor-dance with their treatment time.The control group was given sertraline while the observation group was given sertra-line and painting analysis and treatment technique.The curative effect, SDS scores before and after the treatment andthe side effects of both groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was97.14%, higher than that （88.57%） of the control group.The difference showed statistical significance（ 〈0.05）.Be-fore the treatment, the SDS scores of both groups showed no statistical significance（ 〉0.05） while after the treat-ment, the SDS score of the observation group was significant better than that of the control group, being of statisticalsignificance（ 〈0.05）.After the treatment, SDSS and CGI scores of the observation group were better than those ofthe control group and the difference showed statistical significance（ 〈0.05）.The adverse reactions of the observationgroup were fewer than those of the control group and the difference showed statistical significance（ 〈0.05）.ConclusionPainting analysis and treatment technique was beneficial and enjoyed good curative effect in its treatment of depres-sion among youngsers.
