摘　　要："一带一路"发展战略与"供给侧结构改革"发展决策为职业教育的可持续发展拓宽了发展空间。以一体化教学模式为特征的技工教育与高职成人教育的衔接和融合成为终身学习体系下,构建现代职业教育体系,实现中国制造强国的基石。从观念衔接、专业布局衔接、课程体系衔接、管理模式衔接等四个维度构建技工教育与高职成人教育的衔接模式,是增强职业教育有效供给与社会服务功能的创新策略。＂ One Belt and One Road＂ development strategy and the ＂ supply side structural reforms＂ decision has broadened the development space for the sustainable development of vocational education. In the context of lifelong learning,the integration of the technical education featured by integrated teaching mode and higher vocational education has become the cornerstone for building modern vocational education system and achieving the goal of China＇s manufacturing power. From the four dimensions of conceptual cohesion,professional layout and cohesion,curriculum system cohesion and management mode convergence,it is necessary to build up a cohesive mode between technical education and higher vocational adult education,which is an innovative strategy to enhance effective supply and social service function of vocational education.
