摘　　要：整合课程是新形势、新挑战下的医学发展和医学教育改革的重要方向。上海交通大学医学院开展了整合课程教学改革。内分泌系统是其中一门重要课程。教学团队从课程安排、教学方法、教学资源建设、师资队伍建设等方面进行了实践。Integrated curriculum is the important direction of medical education reform under a new challenge of medical development. The integrated curriculum education reform is carried out in Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine in recent years. ＂Endocrine System＂is one of the important integrated courses. The teaching practice is carried on in several aspects： course arrangement, teaching methods, teaching resource construction, teaching team construction and so on.
