摘  要:目的:探讨MBBS护理技能培训全英教学存在问题及对策。方法:采用全英文授课,对MBBS留学生进行护理技能培训,培训后进行操作技能考核及教学评价。结果:学生操作技能考核成绩为(90.23±5.68)分;教学评价得分为(4.44±0.53)分,教学效果及评价良好。结论:教师英语综合应用能力不足及课堂缺乏师生互动是MBBS护理技能培训全英教学中存在的主要问题,建议多渠道加强师资培训,丰富授课形式以提高教学效果。Objective:To explore the problems and cotmtermeasures in the teaching of MBBS Nursing Skills in English teaching. Method: All English courses were used to provide nursing skills training for MBBS international students. After the training, operation skill assessment and teaching evaluation were conducted. Results:The scores of students' operating skills assessment were (90.23 ± 5.68) points;the scores of teaching evaluation were ( 4.44 ± 0. 53) points, and the teaching effect and evaluation were good. Conclusion: Teacher' s lack of comprehensive English application ability and the lack of teacher-student interaction in class are the main problems in the teaching of MBBS Nursing Skills. It is suggested to strengthen teacher training through multiple channels and enrich the teaching style to improve the teaching effect.
