摘　　要：道商鼻祖范蠡的哲学思想兼有朴素唯物主义和朴素辩证法思想,同时,他又能够将自己的哲学思想成功运用于治国、军事、经商和人生实践中,做到知行合一。他的"三徙"和"三散家财"皆有以退为进的"疏而不堵"的大智慧,其思想与智慧对后世有着深远影响。Fan Li , the pioneer of the Daoist business , holds a philosophy with primitive materialism and dialectics. He applies his theory to administration , military , business andlife experiences. It is a union of knowledge and action. His stories of “ changing residencc” and “ dispersing his wealth” reflect his wisdom of “ dredging rather than blockinHis philosophy and intelligence have great influence on the later generation.
