摘 要:目的:研究大蝎子草地上部分的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶层析及MCI柱层析及结晶、重结晶方法分离纯化大蝎子草地上部分化合物,并运用波谱及化学方法对所分得的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从大蝎子草地上部分分离纯化得到5个化合物,经波谱解析鉴定为尿嘧啶、儿茶酚、5-硝基愈创木酚、β-谷甾醇及草酸,除化合物β-谷甾醇外均为首次从大蝎子草地上部分分离得到。结论:大蝎子草地上部分成分有尿嘧啶、儿茶酚、5-硝基愈创木酚、β-谷甾醇及草酸。Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Girardinia diversifolia. Methods: The constituents were isolated by column chromatography,and structures of the isolated compounds were identified by spectroscopic and chemical means. Results: Five compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Girardinia diversifolia and identified as uracil,catechol,5-nitroguajacol,β-sitosterol and oxalic acid. Conclusions: All the compounds except β-sitosterol are extracted from Girardinia diversifolia for the first time.
