摘　　要：现代学徒制班组管理教学模式具有将传统技能人才培养方式与现代职业教育特点相结合的特征.以"零件尺寸测量"为案例,阐述这种教学模式在《化工设备与维护》课程中的实施条件、过程、效果和结论,旨在改革传统教学模式,培养出符合企业需求的高素质人才.The team management teaching mode of modern apprenticeship symbolizes the combination of the traditional way of cultivating talents with special expertise and the characteristics of modern vocational education. This essay, taking ＂the measurement of part dimensions＂ as an example, discusses the implementation conditions, process, effect, and conclusions of this teaching mode conducted in the course Chemical Equipment and Maintenance, which aims at innovating traditional teaching modes and cultivating senior talents to meet the needs of enterprises.
