摘 要:为蓝莓品质改善及科学合理利用油菜素内酯提供参考,以美登蓝莓品种为试验材料,研究果实着色初期喷施浓度为0.1mg/L、0.4mg/L和0.8mg/L的油菜素内酯对其花色素苷、总酚、总黄酮和Vc含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响,及其DPPH自由基清除率和总抗氧化能力与蓝莓生理生化指标的相关性。结果表明:浓度为0.4mg/L油菜素内酯能显著提高蓝莓果实中的花色素苷、总酚、总黄酮和VC含量及SOD活性,蓝莓果实的DPPH自由基清除率及总抗氧化能力显著增加;蓝莓的DPPH自由基清除率及总抗氧化能力与花色素苷、总酚含量及SOD活性呈极显著或显著正相关。因此,在蓝莓果实着色初期喷施浓度为0.4mg/L的油菜素内酯能显著提高其抗氧化物质含量及抗氧化活性,并改善其品质。The effects of spraying 0.1 mg/L,0.4 mg/L and 0.8 mg/Lbrassinolide at early fruitcoloring stage on anthocyanin,total phenols,total flavonoids and VCcontent,SOD activity and DPPH free radical scavenging rate of Meideng blueberry variety were studied and the correlations between total antioxidant capacity and physiological and biochemical indexes of blueberry were analyzed to provide a reference for improvement of blueberry quality and scientific and rational utilization of brassinolide.Result:Spraying 0.4 mg/L brassinolide can improve anthocyanin,total phenols,total flavonoids and VC content and SOD activity of blueberry significantly.The DPPH free radical scavenging rate of blueberry and total antioxidant capacity are positively related to anthocyanin content,total phenols content and SOD activity significantly or very significantly respectively.In conclusion,Spraying 0.4 mg/L brassinolide at early fruit-coloring stage of blueberry can increase antioxidant substance content,antioxidant activity and quality of blueberry.
