摘  要:"果蔬加工贮运学实验"课程是食品专业学生的综合专业课程,着重培养学生的动手能力。翻转式课堂学习模式是将传统课堂中的"课上"活动和"课下"进行互换,强调以学生为主体。通过构建"知识+能力"的翻转式教学模式,涵盖培养目标、知识体系、实施程序、教学策略、评价体系、教学效果评价和反思反馈体系,以促进学生全面发展的素质教育为根本立足点,提高了学生分析解决问题、科学创新等综合能力,教学水平和教学效果得到了极大程度的提高与改善。Fruit and Vegetable Processing Experiment is a comprehensive professional course for food students, focusing on cultivating students' practical ability. The flipped learning mode is to exchange the"class"and"under the class"activities in the traditional teaching mode, emphasizing that the students are the main subjects. By building tilting teaching mode of"knowledge + ability",it covered the training goal,knowledge system,implementation procedures,teaching strategies,evaluation system and the teaching evaluation and reflection system,so as to promote students' overall development of quality education,improved the students' ability of analysis to solve the problem,and the comprehensive ability of the scientific innovation. The teaching level and teaching effect has been greatly improved.
