摘　　要：本文首先介绍了BTEC教学模式的概念和特点,随后提出了中职酒店管理专业礼仪课程中的问题,最后叙述了BTEC教学模式在中职酒店管理专业中的应用,希望能给相关人士提供一些参考。This paper first introduces the concept and characteristicsof BTEC teaching mode, and then puts forward some problemsin the etiquette course of secondary vocational hotel management.Finally, it describes the application of BTEC teachingmode in secondary vocational hotel management specialty, hopingto provide some references for the relevant people.
