摘　　要：2015年,李克强总理在《政府工作报告》中提出"大众创业、万众创新"的理念。《国务院办公厅关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》(国办发2015[36]号文)明确提出:深化高等学校创新创业教育改革,是国家实施创新驱动发展战略、促进经济提质增效升级的迫切需要,是推进高等教育综合改革、促进高校毕业生更高质量创业就业的重要举措。大学毕业生就业岗位、创业方式多元化已成为一种趋势,是社会进步的表现,培养学生创新精神和创业能力,已成为高等教育的一项重要课题。In 2015,premier Li Keqiang put forward the concept of ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂ in thegovernment work report. The general office of the state council on the implementation of education reform ofinnovation and entrepreneurship in institutions of higher learning （China issued 2015 [36]）makes clearly：Deepeningreform of education for innovation and entrepreneurship in institutions of higher learning,it is an urgent need for thecountry to implement innovation-driven development strategy and promote the upgrading of economic quality andefficiency. It is to promote the comprehensive reform of education.The important measures to promote higher qualityand entrepreneurship employment for college graduates. University graduates employment,entrepreneurship modediversification has become a trend,is a sign of social progress,cultivate students＇ innovative spirit and entrepreneurialability,higher education has become an important issue.
