摘　　要：粮食行业人才是我国人才队伍的重要组成部分。湖北省人才兴粮战略的实施方案的提出和实施,将促进全省粮食行业人才总量稳步增长、队伍规模不断壮大,素质能力大幅提升、人才结构进一步优化,人才使用效能显著提高、人才竞争优势明显增强,人才体制机制不断创新、人才环境不断优化。Talents in grain industry is an important part of China＇s talent force.The proposal and implementation ofthe implementation plan of the strategy will promote the steady growth of the total number of talents in the grainindustry,the continuous growth of the size of the ranks,the substantial improvement of the quality ability,the furtheroptimization of the talent structure,the significant improvement of the efficiency of the use of talents,the obviousenhancement of the competitive advantage of talents,the continuous innovation of the talent system mechanism and thecontinuous optimization of the talent environment.
