摘　　要：为进一步提升维吾尔自治区网络空间安全人才创新实践能力,突出应用型人才创新实践能力,实践出一种德育优先,结合工程实践、学科竞赛、实践基地三位一体的信息安全专业学生创新实践培养模式。该模式结合新疆维吾尔自治区区域和语言特色,强化学生的理论能力基础,在教学中引入实际网络安全和网络反恐工程、信息安全学科竞赛和联合企业协同培养学生创新实践能力,实践表明这种培养模式可较好地提高学生的创新实践能力和就业创业能力。In order to further improve the ability of innovation and practice of network space security talents in Uygur Autonomous region, highlight the practical ability of applied talents, practice a kind of moral education first, combine engineering practice, subject competition. The Trinity of practice Base for Information Security majors innovates the training mode of practice. This mode combines the regional and linguistic characteristics of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, strengthens the theoretical basis of students＇ ability, and introduces practical network security and network anti-terrorism projects into the teaching. The information security course competition and the joint enterprise cooperate to train the students＇ innovative practical ability. The practice shows that this training mode can improve the students＇ innovative practical ability and employment creation.
