肉芽肿性唇炎误诊为血管性水肿一例

摘　　要：36岁女性患者,反复上唇弥漫性肿胀7个月,多次误诊为血管性水肿。组织病理学检查示:表皮轻微角化过度伴角化不全,真皮内淋巴细胞、组织细胞及浆细胞呈片状浸润,可见上皮样细胞和扩张的淋巴管腔。诊断:肉芽肿性唇炎。A 36-year-old female patient presented with a 7 months＇ history of repeated diffuse swelling on upper lip. Histopathologic examination revealed slight hyperkeratosis and parakeratosis of the epidermis, patchy infiltration of lymphocytes, histioeytes and plasmacytes in the dermis with epithelioid cells and dilated lymphatic lumens. The diagnosis is determined as cheilitis granulomatosa.
