摘　　要：阐述了高职院校当前工程造价专业人才的培养现状,从企业人才需求的纬度出发,通过调研典型企业,从多方面了解企业工程造价人才的现状,利用倒推法得到企业对工程造价专业人才的需求标准,主要体现在专业技能、职业素养以及综合能力方面,对今后转变教学模式和教学思路提供新的方向,使教学的出发点更加明确及有针对性,与市场对接的效果更加凸显。The paper describes the current status of vocational colleges to cultivate professional talents of engineering cost. From the perspective of enterprise talent demand of latitude,through the typical enterprise research,we can understand the current status of engineering cost talents from many aspects. By using backflush method,we obtain the enterprise demand for engineering cost major standard,which is mainly reflected in the professional skills,occupation accomplishment and comprehensive ability to provide a new direction for the future transformation of the teaching mode and teaching ideas. This also makes teaching starting point clearer and more targeted than before,and it is more prominent docking with the market effect.
