摘　　要：在学习十九大精神中,应以历史维度认识党的十九大的历史意义、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和新时代我国社会的主要矛盾,从理论的维度、实践维度、世界维度、"人民至上"价值维度学习习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,做到真学、真懂、真信,进而把理论与实践相结合,并且落实到行动中。To understanding the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress,we must understand the historical significance and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and the main contradiction with the historical dimension. We should study Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics with the theoretical dimension,the practical dimension,the dimension of the world and the value dimension of people supremacy. We should really learn,understand and believe it,then put it into action.
