摘  要:当前高校继续教育还难以满足区域经济建设需求,主要体现为办学定位落后,人才培养模式、专业设置、课程体系脱离区域经济发展需求,与政府、行业企业缺乏联动,教学模式单一等。高校继续教育作为构建创新型国家、学习型社会、终身教育体系的重要组成部分,应从单纯的高校教学资源利用和学历教育补充向全方位人才培养和社会服务功能转型。据此,要明确高校继续教育服务社会需求的办学定位,探索特色办学,加强校企合作,以资源整合推动办学模式、人才培养模式及教学模式创新,并坚持社会评价导向,加强教学质量监测。Continuing education in higher education institutes provides intellectual and dynamic support for the construction of regional economy, and the development of regional economy also put forward new requirements for reform and innovation of the school-running mode, talent training mode and teaching method of continuing education in higher education institutes. At present, continuing education is still difficult to meet the needs of regional economic construction, mainly reflected in the backward school-running orientation, detachment between the talent training model, professional setting and curriculum system and the needs of regional economic development, the lack of linkage with the government, industry and enterprises, and the single teaching model, etc. Continuing education, as an important part of innovative country, learning society and lifelong education system, should transform from the utilization of teaching resources and the supplement of academic qualifications education to the all-round training of talents and the function of social service. It is necessary to make clear the school-running orientation of continuing education for serving the social needs, explore the characteristics of running schools, strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise, promote the innovation of school-running mode, the talent training mode and the teaching mode through the integration of resources, and adhere to the social evaluation oriented and strengthen the monitoring of teaching quality.
