摘  要:促进高职学生全面发展,将其培养成高素质劳动者和技术技能人才是高等职业教育的根本任务。基于高职学生的成长规律和职业发展规律,高职院校内涵建设有专业建设和文化建设两大核心,根据"冰山结构""坐标结构"和"椭圆结构"理论,高职院校应坚持专业建设与文化建设"双核共振"为高职学生可持续职业发展奠基的育人理念,并可在高职内涵建设的不同层面使这一理念得以实现。It is the fundamental objective of higher vocational education to train higher vocational institute students to become highly qualified technical workers and skilled personnel, promoting their overall development. According to the rule of personal growth and career development among the higher vocational institute students, there are two cores, the specialty construction and the cultural construction, in the connotation development of higher vocational institutes. On the basis of theories from Iceberg-Structure, Coordinate-Structure and Elliptical-Structure, higher vocational institutes should adhere to the "duo-core-resonance schooling philosophy" of professional construction and cultural construction, which is the foundation of sustainable career development of higher vocational students. And this concept can be realized at different levels in the connotation development of higher vocational institutes.
