浅谈会计人员继续教育培训工作面临的机遇和挑战

摘　　要：对会计从业人员进行继续教育也叫后续教育或终身教育等，一般指已经具有会计从业资格的人，持续学习会计知识、岗位技能的过程，以教育培训为主，会计人员通过学习培训，实现提高岗位操作能力，提高职业道德水平的目的。本文通过了解会计人员继续教育的必要习性以及继续教育过程中存在的问题，针对性的提出相关解决措施。the accounting staff continuing education is also continuing education or lifelong education, generally refers to have accounting qualification of people, continuous learning process of accounting knowledge, job skills, education training, accounting personnel through training, improve the operation ability, improve the level of occupation moral. Through understanding the necessary habits of the continuing education of the accountants and the problems that exist in the process of continuing education, this paper puts forward relevant solutions.
