摘  要:在现行较为宽松的转专业制度背景下,学生转专业存在盲目性、趋同性、他主性。始业教育作为新生进入高校的第一课,需重新定位功能,设计内容,从而发挥其在学生进行专业再选择时的功效。以丽水学院新生始业教育的运用和实践为例,对始业教育开展的内容、开展时段以及开展方式进行论述,探讨始业教育在提高学生对专业的了解、增强对专业的认同感、强化学生的专业思想等方面的作用,以期达到有效帮助学生客观理性对待转专业的目的。In the context of the flexible policy that allows freshmen to transfer the majors and re-choose their programs of study, blindness, homoplasy and heteronomy are the major issues confronted the students. As a result,the orientation education intended for freshmen needs to redefining its functions and re-designing its content to exert its due functions. Based on the practice of Lishui University, this paper discusses the content, timing,approaches of the education as well as the roles it plays in improving students' understanding on programs,enhancing their cognition of the programs, and strengthening their motivation to study, in the hope of helping them deal with purposes of program reselection more objectively and rationally.
