摘  要:为了合理开发利用油茶籽油精炼副产物,将油茶籽油脱臭馏出物经过甲酯化后作为提取天然维生素E(V_E)的原料。研究了提取溶剂、料液比、提取温度、提取时间、搅拌速率对V_E提取率的影响,通过中心组合设计及响应面分析,确定出最优提取条件为提取溶剂为无水乙醇、料液比1∶4、提取时间43 min、提取温度60℃、搅拌速率126 r/min,在此条件下V_E提取率为93.9%。In order to rationally exploit and utilize the by - products from refined oil - tea camellia seed oil, the deodorizer distillate after methyl esterification was used as raw material to extract vitamin E (VE). The effects of extraction solvent, ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature, extraction time and stirring rate on the extraction rate of VE were studied. The optimal conditions were obtained by the central composite design and response surface methodology as follows: with anhydrous ethanol as extract, ratio of material to liquid 1:4, extraction time 43 min, extraction temperature 60 ℃ and stirring rate 126 r/min. Under these conditions , the extraction rate of VE was 93.9%.
