“一带一路”背景下西南边境民族乡村的女性教育研究

摘　　要：女性是社会的重要生产力、家庭的建设者、文化的传承者,在社会发展中有着重要作用。通过对西南边境民族村民的教育、家庭和未来期望等情况进行调查,结果发现西南边境民族乡村的女性相比较男性在出境打工、知识水平、现状改进等方面存在显著差异(p<0.05)。针对这种状况,可借助"一带一路"建设的机遇,对西南边境乡村妇女开展知识水平、民族文化和健康素养三个方面的教育培训,使这一群体成为带动边境民族乡村全员参与"一带一路"建设的榜样,为促进边境民族乡村经济社会发展和乡村振兴做贡献。Women are a most potential social productive forces,the builders of the family and the inheritance of a culture. They play an important role in the social development. This paper investigates the southwest border Ethnic women ’s status in education,family,and future expectation. The results show that there are significant differences in women’s emigration,knowledge and status improvement compared with those of men’s in the Southwest border ethnic villages（ P 〈 005）. We put forward an educational propose that woman grasp the opportunity of the Belt and Road Initiative by carrying out three theme training programs,that is,the knowledge education training,the cultural education training and the healthy education training. They can play a leading role in the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. Meanwhile,woman can set a good example to promote the economic development in the border minority villages,and make contributions to the revitalization of rural areas.
