摘　　要：湖北省是高等职业教育大省,但在全国影响力却不强。湖北省高职院校科研竞争力在国内的排名不理想,科研工作在取得长足发展的同时,也存在不少隐忧。必须建立健全科研激励机制,从而改变湖北省高职院校科研工作现状,促进其持续健康开展。Although as the major province of higher vocational education, the influence in this field of Hubei province cannot match its position. Especially, the scientific research achievements of higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province could not be considered competitively. In recent years, the scientific research in Hubei province has developed rapidly, but it is still worrying. It is necessary to establish a sound incentive mechanism so as to improve the current situation and promote the favorable and sustainable development of scientific research in higher vocational colleges of Hubei.
