摘 要:本试验对比了不同稀释倍数的杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii)固体液化菌种与固体菌种的栽培情况。固体液化菌种稀释100倍,接种量40 mL·袋^(-1),25 d即可长满全袋,51 d即可采收子实体,与固体菌种栽培方式相比,有效节约了栽培时间,且产量略高。The Pleurotus eryngii cultivation with liquefied solid spawn under different concentration and solid spawn was studied. The liquefied solid spawn was diluted 100 times, and inoculated to a bag with 40 mL. Then the bag was filled with mycelium in 25 days, meanwhile the fruiting body of P. eryngii could be harvested in 51 days. Compared with the solid spawn cultivation method, P. eryngii cultivation with liquefied solid spawn could save time effectively, and the yield was slightly higher.
