摘  要:【目的】探讨云南地方品种与野生茶树遗传多样性。【方法】应用ISSR标记对云南51份地方品种与16份野生茶树进行了遗传多样性分析。【结果】结果表明利用23个ISSR引物共扩增出223条带,其中多态性条带218条,多态位点百分比为97.76%。应用Nei-Li相似系数估算67份茶树资源间的遗传相似系数变化在0.659~0.736,平均为0.693,说明茶树资源间的遗传基础较窄。UPGMA法将67份茶树资源分成2个类群,主成分与聚类的分析结果一致,但主成分分析更直观地揭示资源之间的遗传多样性与亲缘关系。【结论】研究结果表明茶树地方品种与野生茶树之间的亲缘关系与地理分布没有明显的关系,可能与品种类型有关,有助于今后拓宽地方品种的遗传基础,为开发野生茶树的遗传潜力提供理论依据。【Objective】The present paper aims to discover the genetic diversity of tea landraces and wild tea germplasms. 【Method】The genetic diversity of 51 tea landraces and 16 wild tea germplasms gathered from different areas in Yunnan were analyzed by ISSR markets. 【Result】223 bands in 67 tea plants were amplified,with the 97.76 % PPB. The GS ranged from 0.659 to 0.736,and the average GS was 0.693,indicating a narrow gene basis in the tested tea accessions. The cluster analysis presented two main groups in 67 tea resources by UPG-MA. Principal component analysis (PCA) supported UPGMA clustering result,but showed more explicit genetic diversities and relationships. 【Conclusion】 The results revealed that the relationship between tea landraces and wild tea germplasms had no obvious relationship with geographical distribution,and might be associated with variety types. It would provide a theoretical basis for broadening the genetic base of tea landraces and exploiting the genetic potential wild tea plants.
