摘 要:死亡的"尚未"及其不可避免性总会引发人们对生存与死亡本质的沉思,伊壁鸠鲁与庄子分别就此开出了两条不同的路径。前者要求直面死亡,重视在世价值,对社会道德良善的拯救起到了帮扶作用;而后者则通过对死亡的被动承受回归到本体之"道",将人生的终极归宿进行了诗意化的表达。二者的死亡观都对后人的思想产生了不小的影响,一个赢得了早期基督教神学家的赞许,一个则对后来的天人之辩具有指导性的意义。Meditation for the essence of life and death is always stimulated by death's Not Yet and its inevitability. For it,Epicureans and Zhuang Zi had separately opened up two different ways. The former asked to face up to death and cherish life count,helping to rescue the social morality. However,the later claimed to passively suffer death and make the spirit return to the Tao of ontology,expressing the ultimate fate in life poetically. Their views on death had a profound impact on later generations,one of which won the praise of early Christian theologians,another of which brought an instructional meaning to subsequent argument of the relations between destiny and mankind.
