高校创业教育对大学生创业意向影响机理研究

摘　　要：文章通过深度访谈,应用扎根理论探究中国高校创业教育对大学生创业意向的影响机理。研究发现,我国目前的创业教育形式可分为基础理论性教育、模拟演练性教育、实践支持性教育与观察模仿性教育;大学生创业意向存在时间和角色两个维度。创业教育通过提升学生的创业自我效能感促进创业意向的产生。创业自我效能感可细分为创业认知效能感、创业非认知效能感和创业资源环境效能感。创业自我效能感在基础理论性教育、模拟演练性教育与时间维度创业意向间起中介作用;创业非认知效能感是实践支持性教育、观察模仿性教育与角色维度创业意向的中介变量;创业资源环境效能感是模拟演练性教育、实践支持性教育、观察模仿性教育与时间维度创业意向之间的中介变量。This paper explores the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial education on college students＇ entrepreneurial intention through the exploratory technique of deep rooted interview. It finds that the current entrepreneurial education can be divided into four categories： the basic theoretical education,the simulating exercise education,the practice support education and the observing imitative education. There are time and role dimensions in the college students＇ entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial education can promote students ＇entrepreneurial intention by promoting students＇ self-efficacy,and the entrepreneurial self-efficacy can be divided into three dimensions： the entrepreneurial cognitive efficacy,the entrepreneurial non-cognitive efficacy and the entrepreneurial resource and environmental efficacy.
