摘　　要："双师型"师资队伍是高职院校人才培养质量的根本保证。本文在分析了高职院校教师队伍存在的主要问题基础上,提出了以吉林工业职业技术学院为例的"双师型"教师队伍建设实践的主要途径。＂Double type＂ teaching staff is the fundamental guarantee of higher vocational education personnel training quality. At first, this paper analyzes the main problems of teachers in higher vocational colleges, and then put forward to jilin industrial vocational and technical college as an example of ＂double type＂ teachers team construction of the main ways.
