物理诱变在药食用菌育种中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：药食用真菌以其营养丰富、免疫调节、抗菌、抗癌等营养保健功能而深受人们喜爱,提高药食用真菌产量、改善药食用真菌品质是食用菌育种的重要目标,物理诱变育种发挥了重要作用。介绍了物理诱变法在药食用真菌育种中的应用进展,并对物理诱变机理、物理诱变过程进行了综述。It is very popular to eat edible and medical fungi which has nutrition and health care function,for example,immune regulation,antibacterial,anti-cancer and so on. How to improve yield and quality is the important goal of edible and medical fungi breeding. Physical mutation plays important roles in edible and medical fungi breeding. The recent progress of different physical mutation methods in study of edible and medical fungi physical mutation were introduced. The possible mechanism of inducing mutation and the main inducing process were reviewed.
