创造心理学视域下大学生创新素质培养模式的反思与优化

摘　　要：在创新时代,富有创新精神和创新素质的大学生人才已经成为推动中国新常态下经济发展的重要引擎。在了解大学生创新素质现状的基础上,从创造心理学理论出发,分析了大学生的智力水平、性格因素以及外界环境因素与创新素质的作用关系,阐述了从社会环境、学校教育管理、家庭教育以及学生主体等多个层面如何来加强大学生创新素质的培养。In the era of innovation, college students with innovative spirit and innovative ability have become an important engine to promote China＇s economic development under the new normal. On the basis of understanding the present situation of college students＇ creative ability, from the perspective of creativity psychology theory, we analyzed the relationship between intelligence level, personality factors and external environment factors and creative ability of college students and expounded how to strengthen the cultivation of college students＇ innovative ability from many aspects such as social environment, school education management, family education and student body.
