高校体育教师心理契约与工作状态的关系

摘　　要：采用文献资料、个人与团体访谈、因子分析等方法编制了高校体育教师心理契约量表,旨在揭示我国高校体育教师心理契约结构,构建了高校体育教师心理契约动态变化模型。在此基础上,进一步讨论了高校体育教师心理契约与工作状态的关系,提出了基于心理契约理论的高校体育教师管理对策。Through the literature material law,individual and group interview,factor analysis methods,college PE teachers＇ psychological contract scale is designed to reveal the structure of college PE teachers＇ psychological contract in our country,and build the dynamic change of college PE teachers＇ psychological contract model.Based on this,this paper discusses the further relationship between the psychological contract and working state of college PE teachers,and proposes the theory of psychological contract management countermeasures of college PE teachers.
