协同发展视角下工匠精神培育的策略

摘　　要：受传统理念束缚、认识程度不足、知识体系缺失、教育发展失衡等因素影响,我国工匠精神的培育遭遇瓶颈。从协同发展视角看,我国工匠精神的培养主体亟需根据自身的角色定位与职能属性,共同承担培育使命,形成整体培育系统。政府层面要强化市场管理制度,发挥组织协调作用;社会层面需培育高品质消费市场;企业要不断完善技术技能人员薪酬体系,建设工匠精神激励机制;学校需构建三站互动机制,发挥主体性培育作用。Bound by traditional ideas, the shortage of awareness and lack of the knowledge system as well as unbalanced education development factors, the craftsman spiritual cultivation work has been facing the crux. Multiple subjects such as government, society and enterprises are craftsman spirit fosters who should adjust their own roles and functions to strengthen market management system, cultivate high quality consumer market and constantly improve technical workers＇ salary system as well as build three stand interactive mechanism and measures to push forward the career of cultivating work spirit.
