摘 要:针对目前爆炸物侦察处理机器人结构复杂、造价高昂、重量体积大、携带负担大的问题,设计了一款轻量化低成本同时具有较强机动性的爆炸物侦察标记机器人,通过对实际装备需求、工作环境进行分析,完成了底盘结构模块、驱动模块及云台、机械手机构的设计,并通过建立三维模型进行仿真分析以检验其工作性能,通过仿真结果验证了其可行性。In order to solve the problems of the existing explosive reconnaissance-processing robots, such as complex structure, high expense and difficulties of carrying, this paper designed a kind of robot that aims at explosive reconnaissance and marking with the qualities of light weight, low cost and high maneuverability. Analyzing the actual equipment requirements and working environment, some designs have been finished, including chassis structure module, motivating module and mechanical arm. In addition, by establishing and simulating the three-dimensional (3D) model, its working performance has been tested, so that the feasibility has been verified.
