摘　　要：介绍连续型线性定常系统的能控性和能观测性,给出并证明了系统完全能控和完全能观测的充分必要条件,并通过实例介绍了判断系统的完全能控性和能观测性的方法.In this paper,the controllability and observability of continuous linear regular system are introduced. The sufficient and necessary conditions for the complete controllability and the complete observability of the system are given and proved. The methods for judging the complete controllability and observability of the system are introduced through examples.
