摘 要:优化养生酒生产工艺中药材有效成分超声提取条件。以浸出物为指标,考察酒精浓度、料液比、超声提取温度对药材有效成分提取效果的影响;在单因素试验的基础上,通过响应面分析法确定药材有效成分最佳超声提取条件。结果表明,对药材有效成分提取的影响程度为料液比>超声提取温度>酒精浓度。最佳超声提取条件为酒精浓度55.91%vol、料液比1∶9.12、超声温度55℃、超声时间20 min。优选的超声提取条件可靠性高,操作简单、高效、节约成本,具有良好的实际指导意义,可应用于养生酒生产工艺中药材有效成分的提取。The ultrasonic extraction conditions of functional components from herbal medicines for producing healthcare wine were optimized. The effects of alcohol content, materials-liquid ratio, and extraction temperature on the extraction were investigated with the extract as the evaluation index. The results showed that the influencing degrees ranked in decreasing sequence as materials-liquid ratioextraction temperaturealcohol content. Based on single factor test, the best extraction conditions were summed up through response method as follows: alcohol content was 55.91 %, materials-liquid ratio was 1∶9.12, extraction temperature was at 55 ℃, and extraction time was 20 min. The optimized extraction method was reliable, efficient, cost-saving and easy to operate, and it could be used in the production of healthcare wine.
