摘　　要：分析了优化葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业实践教学体系的必要性,围绕提高学生实践动手能力,从"专业实验课程独立设课""全程不间断专业见习""‘从土地到餐桌’的全方位实习"三个方面入手进行改革,为该专业应用型人才实践教学体系的优化提供思路。The necessity to optimize the teaching in practice system of viticulture and enology was discussed. Aiming at improving students＇ practical ability, some reforms were implemented including independent experiment course, continuous noviciate teaching and all-round professional training. The study provided a new thought for the optimization of the teaching in practice system of viniculture and enology in colleges.
