摘  要:20世纪美国的技能形成体系被称为"技能替代式",这种技能形成体系是以雇主利益为主导的,在技能投资方面,企业对职业教育和技能培训的投资并不积极,技能投资的责任主要由政府和个人承担,形成了美国以国家和个人为主的技能投资制度;在培养主体方面,雇主并不积极承担职业教育培养和技能培训的责任,形成了美国以学校职业教育为主体的技能培养体系;在技能供应内容方面,美国形成了以通用教育为主的技能供应制度。The American skill formation system which is also called skill substitution is dominated by the benefits of employers. They compress the investment in the vocational education and training, and form the state and individual skills investment system in the United States. In the main body of the training, the employer is almost not directly involved in the vocational education and training, and almost all the responsibility of the supply of vocational education is pushed to the government, which has formed the main body of the school vocational education in the United States. In terms of skill supply content, the United States has formed a general skill oriented supply system.
