摘　　要：高职院校开展的质量保障活动,实质上是一种以质量为目标的内在自我约束行为。上海思博职业技术学院利用第三方专业教育评估机构对本校学生就业数据和教师取得的成果进行监测,树立科学的高职教育质量观,构建适应学校质量观要求的质量保障体系,培养全员质量意识与责任感。The quality assurance activities carried out by higher vocational colleges are in essence a kind of self-restraint behavior with the goal of enhancing quality. Shanghai Sipo Polytechnic took advantage of the third-party professional education assessment institution to monitor students＇ employment and teachers＇ results, and has achieved good results in setting up the scientific view of higher vocational education quality, constructing the quality guarantee system that is suitable for the school quality requirements, and developing the quality consciousness and the sense of responsibility of all staff.
