摘 要:为了解决连续轧染机轧车系统张力波动的问题,结合模糊算法和自抗扰控制提出一种轧车张力控制的方法。根据轧车系统运行机制,建立了该系统的数学模型,并结合自抗扰控制算法的特点,推导静态解耦模型和建立动态解耦的扩张状态观察器,设计模糊控制器对非线性组合部分的参数进行在线调整,得到模糊自抗扰控制器,进一步提高控制系统的鲁棒性。该控制器与PID控制器进行对比仿真实验,结果表明:该控制器在解耦和抗干扰方面取得更好的控制效果,能够有效地抑制内外扰动引起的张力波动。In order to solve the problem of tension fluctuation in padder system of continuous pad dyeing machine,a method of tension control of padder is proposed by fuzzy control and auto disturbance rejection control. According to the running mechanism of the padder system,a mathematical model of the system was established. Combining with the characteristics of auto disturbance rejection control algorithm,the dynamic decoupling expansion state observer and the derivation static decoupling model were proposed. The fuzzy controller was used to adjust the parameters of the nonlinear combination part,and the fuzzy auto disturbance rejection controller was obtained to further improve robustness of the control system. The simulation results showed that the controller can achieve better control effect in decoupling and anti-jamming,and can effectively suppress the fluctuation of tension caused by internal and external disturbances.
