摘 要:随着校企合作、产教融合的深入发展,校企合作共建校内外实训基地也获得了跨越式发展,为应用型高技能人才培养提供有力的支撑,但是,随着"中国制造2025"新型工业模式的提出,校企合作共建适应新型工业模式的实训基地框架需要进一步明确。从利益相关者视角出发,结合梳理校企合作共建实训基地政策演进,在分析政府、企业、学校、学生等相关者利益的基础上,提出了校企共建新型工业的实训基地模式,并分析校企共同构建实训基地的理论基础及实现路径。With the further development of school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of production and education, co-building of the practical training bases in and out of school by school-enterprise cooperation has also achieved leapfrog development,which provides strong support for cultivating the high skilled applied talent. However, with the proposed new industrial mode of"Made in China 2025", school-enterprise cooperation to build a training base framework which adapts to the new industrial mode needs to be further clear. This article, from the perspective of stakeholder, combined with the sort of policy evolution in the co-building of practical training base by school-enterprise cooperation, and based on the analysis of the stakeholders of government, enterprises, schools and students, puts forward a model of school-enterprise cooperation to build the practical training base of new industry. The theoretical basis and the implementation path of school-enterprise co-building of the practical training base are analyzed.
