摘 要:目的探讨微信平台辅助病案分组讨论教学法在临床妇产科带教中的应用效果。方法选取2015年5月-2017年6月某院妇产科实习生共80例作为研究对象,依照实习时间先后差异将80例实习生随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用传统一对一导师带教学习,实验组则采用微信平台辅助病案分组讨论教学法,实验结束后对所有实习生进行相关检测,包括理论知识、病案分析、实际操作测试;问卷调查每位实习生对此次带教过程及带教老师的满意度。结果考核成绩实验组各项得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);教学满意度实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实习生对带教老师个人评分实验组也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微信平台辅助病案分组讨论教学法应用于临床妇产科带教中效果显著,能有效提升教学质量,巩固、加强实习生理论知识和实际操作水平,方便快捷,具有推广价值。Objectives To investigate the effect of We Chat platform assisted with grouping discussion of medical records in clinical obstetrics and gynecology teaching. Methods A total of 80 obstetrics and gynecology internals in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2017 were selected as research objects. According to the difference of internship time, 80 intern students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group intern were given the traditional one-on-one mentor teaching method, while the experimental group was given the We Chat platform assisted with grouping discussion of medical records teaching method. At the end of the experiment, all theinterns were tested for relevant grades, including theoretical knowledge, medical record analysis and practical operation tests. Each intern used questionnaire to survey the course and the teacher's satisfaction. Results The score of the final examination of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). The teaching satisfaction was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P〈0.05). As for the interns' personal scores to their teachers, the experimental group was also significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion We Chat platform assisted with grouping discussion of medical records teaching method has significant effect in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology, and it also can effectively improve the teaching quality, consolidate and strengthen the intern theoretical knowledge and practical level, with convenience, and has the promotion value.
