论生活与伦理的关系

摘　　要：生活是人谋生的活动以及对其存在意义和价值、合理活动方式的追求。对生活价值与意义的探索,必然会使人们形成一定的人生观、价值观和生活观,也必然会以一定的观念、规范、文化传统、生活方式的形式固定下来。这些规范、文化传统与生活方式,就是生活伦理。伦理源于生活,是生活观念与价值规范的凝结。因此,生活对于伦理来说具有存在的优先性,而伦理则赋予生活以价值与意义。生活是事实存在,伦理是价值意义。日常生活与伦理有着更为直接与密切的联系,而且通过风俗直接交集在一起。日常生活伦理就是指直接产生于日常生活中的与习俗、礼仪、行为方式及生活方式保持高度一致性的伦理观念与行为规范。日常生活伦理具有基础性与先在性、实然性与应然性高度统一、习而不察的自发性与世俗性、经验性与具体性等特点。Life is the activity of making a living, which concerns the exploration to the value and significance of life in a rational way. The process of exploration to life will inevitably lead to the formation of certain norms and outlooks as well as some traditions and customs. These are springheads for the life ethics. Ethics originates from life and it＇s the condensation of life concepts and value norms. Daily life is the first historical activity of mankind, different from political life and institutional life. There is a very direct and close connection between daily life and ethics. Daily life as the factual existence that has the precedence over ethics and ethics as the existence of values gives meaning to life. Ethics firstly came into being in the form of custom and therefore custom as a vinculum between daily life and ethics. The ethics of daily life are ethical concepts and norms that are highly consistent with customs and lifestyles. All in all, there are four characteristics of the ethics of daily life, firstly, the basic and priority, secondly, the high degree of unity of necessity and possibility. Thirdly is the spontaneity and secularity and finally, the features of empirical and specific are emphasized in the ethics of daily as well. Ethic of the daily life has its particular investigative object, method and value.
