摘  要:三本院校学生有其独特的学习特质,如何利用导师制在课外时间开展教学活动是近年来许多同类学校关注的共性问题。本文通过对该类学校学生学习现状的剖析,针对教师如何借助导师制这一体制,合理有效地利用不同的教学策略,在业余时间提高学生的学习能力等问题做了相关分析和研究,旨在为教师提供更多的借鉴和参考。The students of the third batch universities have their unique learning characteristics, and how to use the tutorial system to conduct teaching activities in the extracurricular time is a common problem that many similar schools deserve to pay attention to in recent years. This article analyzes the status quo of students' learning in this type of school, and analyzes and researches how teachers use the system of tutors to use different teaching strategies rationally and effectively and to improve students' learning ability in their spare time. Hope to provide more reference for teachers.
