腭裂术后患者的中耳功能及听力状况分析

摘　　要：目的:研究分析腭裂术后患者的中耳功能及听力水平。方法:对126例腭裂术后患者进行病史调查、电耳镜检查、声导抗测试、纯音听阈测试。结果:126例患者中有中耳炎史患者30例(60耳),其中鼓室图异常36耳(40%),听力异常12例(20%);无中耳炎史96例(192耳),其中鼓室图异常57耳(29.3%),听力异常17例(8.9%)。结论:腭裂修复术后患者仍有一定比例的中耳功能及听力异常,且有中耳炎患者中耳功能及听力异常的发生率明显高于无中耳炎患者。Objective： To investigate the middle ear function and hearing level of the patients with cleft palate after palatoplasty. Methods： 126 cases after palatoplasty were investigated by clinical history and audiology examinations including electric otoscopy, tympanometry and examination for pure tone hearing threshold. Results： 30 cases with 60 ears had the clinical history of tympanitis, 96 cases with 192 ears did not. The abnormal tempanogram and abnormal hearing were found in 36 and 17 ears of the cases with tympanitis; in 57（29.33% ） and 17（8.9% ） of the cases without tympanitis, respectively. Conclusion： The patients with cleft palate may have hearing dysfunction, especially those with the history of tympanitis.
