摘 要:培养出能够适应经济发展的应用型高层次人才,是高等院校研究生教育的重点战略之一。本文以材料工程专业学位硕士研究生的培养模式为研究对象,分析了该专业开展面向高新技术产业培养模式研究的必要性。在确定了面向高新技术产业培养材料工程专业学位研究生的培养目标的前提下,提出以工程能力培养为核心的培养模式,并对课程设置、师资队伍建设、实践基地建设等方面的改革进行了总结。It is one of the key strategies of postgraduate education development in colleges and universities to cultivate high level talents who can adapt to the economic development. Taking the cultivating model of professional degree master candidates in materials engineering as the research object, this paper analyzed the necessity of studying the cultivation model for high-tech industries. The objective of training professional degree master candidates in materials engineering for high tech industries was determined and the cultivating model centered on engineering ability training was put forward. In addition, the reform of course design, teaching staff construction and practice base was summarized.
