摘  要:目的对秦皇岛近海域海产品中总α和总β放射性水平进行检测、分析与评价。方法采用比较测量法对海产鱼类、软体类和甲壳类3类23种海产品中总α和总β放射性水平进行检测,并利用食品安全指数法对检测结果进行风险评估。结果总α放射性水平顺序为:软体类>甲壳类>海水鱼类;总β放射性水平顺序为:海水鱼类>甲壳类>软体类;总放射性的食品安全指数均值为0.53。结论海产品放射性水平整体状态安全,可以放心食用。Objective The aim of this study was to detect, analyze and evaluate total α and total β radioactivity levels of marine products in the offshore area of Qinhuangdao. Methods The total α and total β radioactivity levels in 23 kinds of marine products(three classes of marine fish, mollusks and crustaceans) were detected by comparative measurement method,and the test results were evaluated using the food safety index method. Results The order of total α radioactivity levels was:mollusks〉 crustaceans 〉marine fish, and the order of total β radioactivity levels was: marine fish 〉crustaceans 〉mollusks.The average food safety index of the total radioactivity was 0.53. Conclusion The overall radioactivity status of marine products was safe, and consumers could rest assured that these products were edible.
