摘 要:为了研究水体中不同浓度铜离子作用不同时间对鳙鱼幼鱼抗氧化功能的影响,试验将鳙鱼幼鱼分为3个组,分别用0,0.05,0.30 mg/L浓度的铜离子处理,每组3个重复,每个重复35尾,在0,24,72,120小时时各取样1次,测定全鱼样匀浆中过氧化氢酶(CAT)和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性。结果表明:在0.05 mg/L铜离子作用下,随着作用时间的增加,CAT活性呈先升高后降低的趋势,与0,120小时相比,24小时和72小时CAT活性显著升高(P〈0.05);T-SOD活性呈降低趋势,72,120小时与0,24小时相比差异显著(P〈0.05)。在0.30 mg/L铜离子作用下,随着作用时间的增加,CAT活性呈先升高后降低的趋势,与72,120小时相比,0,24小时CAT活性差异显著(P〈0.05);TSOD活性呈降低趋势,72,120小时与0,24小时相比差异显著(P〈0.05)。在24,72,120小时时,0.05 mg/L组、0.30 mg/L组T-SOD活性均显著低于铜离子浓度为0的对照组(P〈0.05);在24,72小时时,0.05 mg/L组、0.30 mg/L组CAT活性均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);在120小时时,0.05 mg/L组CAT活性与对照组相比差异不显著(P〉0.05)。在本试验条件下,水体中铜离子对CAT和T-SOD活性的影响存在一定差异,鳙鱼幼鱼的抗氧化功能受铜离子作用浓度和时间共同影响。The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of different concentrations of copper ions on antioxidant function of bighead carp fingerlings in water. The bighead carp fingerlings were divided into three groups,and each group was treated with different concentrations of copper ions(0,0. 05 and 0. 30 mg/L),respectively. Three repeated experiments were performed in each group and there were 35 fish in each experiment. The whole fish samples were collected at 0,24,72 and 120 h after treating with copper ions. The activities of catalase(CAT) and superoxide dismutase(T-SOD) were measured in whole fish homogenates. The results showed that the activities of CAT increased firstly and then decreased with increasing time of action under the condition of 0. 05 mg/L copper ions treatment. Compared with 0 and 120 h,the CAT activities were significantly increased at 24 and 72 h(P〈0. 05). T-SOD activities showed decreasing trend. There were significant difference in activities of T-SOD between 72,120 h and 0,24 h(P〈0. 05). Under the condition of 0. 30 mg/L copper ions treatment,the activities of CAT increased firstly and then decreased with increasing time of action. There were significant difference in activities of CAT between 72,120 h and0,24 h(P〈0. 05). T-SOD activity showed decreasing trend. At 24 and 72 h,the CAT activities in 0. 05 and 0. 30 mg/L copper ion groups were significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0. 05). While there were no significant difference in CAT activities between 0. 05 mg/L copper ion group and the control group at 120 h(P〉0. 05). Under this experimental condition,there was certain difference in the effect of copper ions in water on CAT and T-SOD activity of the fish. An
