摘　　要：傅斯年是我国著名的教育家、历史学家，为我国教育事业做出了重要贡献。为提高大学教育质量，傅斯年通过执行严格的招生制度筛选学生，录取品学兼优者。为让学生安心学习，他积极筹建学生宿舍，节省学生上下学时间。他倡导设立奖、助学金，帮助成绩优异的贫困生，鼓励学生发奋学习，积极维护学生利益。对学生教育，傅斯年认为不光是知识传授，更重要的是思想提升，应加强对学生的品性教育，帮助学生树立正确的人生观、价值观。Fu Sinian was a famous educationist and historian in China. Devoting all his life to the cause of Chinese education,he had made significant contribution to the improvement of educa tional quality of universities in Taiwan. In order to improve the quality of education,Fu Sinian intro duced stricter recruitment criteria to select highly qualified students. In addition,he established many educational projects such as establishing dormitories for students and setting up scholarships,which directly benefited students’ life and learning in university. He always stood up for the interests of students and endeavored to ensure the safety of students. With respect to education,Fu Sinian thought teachers should not only teach the knowledge,but also guide the student to acquire the ability to solve problems,and be committed to providing students with a healthy and correct outlook on life.
